Prayer Team

...is a team who believes in and understands the importance of interceding in prayer on behalf of others, believing that intercession is one of the most powerful tools we can use. 

We believe the Word in Ephesians 6, that our battles are not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of darkness and principalities, and in 2 Corinthians 10, that though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does, for the weapons of our warfare have divine power to destroy strongholds. Seen as spiritual battles, we therefore go boldly before the throne. (Hebrews 4:16). Seeking first God's presence before His presents, His heart before His handouts, seeking the Provider and Promiser before the provision and promises.

During the weekend services, we stand in Unity of Spirit with those who come bringing requests, needs, and praises as we come together and lay it all before the Lord, knowing the battle belongs to Him (2 Chronicles 20-15). The weekend teams are scheduled on a rotational basis throughout the month, as no one serves every weekend. Through the week, we lift and cover any prayer requests as they are brought to our attention.
