Expectations
- Be a committed member of The Loft Church
- Faithful in a lifestyle that is in accordance to the Word and that honors God
- Faithful in attendance at times of corporate worship and prayer
- Commit to serving a minimum of 1 weekend per month
- Signups are sent out monthly. When your are serving, the schedule for the week is rehearsal from 7-9pm on Thursday, run-through at 7:45am and 2 full services on Sunday).
- Possess a giftedness in their area of musical enablement- Vocalist, Guitar, etc.
- We are not looking for professionals, but we are needing people who, with or without experience, have the talent to carry out the work of the ministry. Performance experience preferred, but not required
- Patience and willingness to serve
- A meeting with the worship pastor, team members, and sit-ins on rehearsals prior to auditioning for the team
